Job summary

CW Resources, Inc. is seeking a Lead Custodian to supervise a custodial team and perform hands-on cleaning. You’ll mentor adults with disabilities, model safety, and ensure daily upkeep of our facility.

As a working lead, you’ll teach cleaning techniques, inspect performance, coordinate tasks, and maintain a welcoming, safe environment for staff and visitors. Strong communications and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on janitorial experience in commercial or government facilities.
• Experience operating commercial cleaning equipment.
• Valid driver's license and valid Real ID.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government base access.
• Comfortable giving instructions and demonstrating cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Teach custodial staff proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Provide encouragement and help team members develop workplace skills.
• Observe performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure cleanliness of restrooms, floors, and common areas.
• Lock/unlock building at shifts and operate equipment safely.
