Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning tasks: floors, windows, furniture, walls, fixtures.
• Operate grounds equipment and manage safety practices.
• Inspect buildings and assist with repairs and capital needs.
• Maintain inventories and work order records; coordinate hazardous waste removal.
