Job summary

CHIMES DC is seeking a Lead Worker for a Monday–Friday shift, 7:30am–4:00pm, at Fort Bragg, NC. The role leads a custodial team, coordinates schedules, and ensures compliance with contract specifications and safety policies while maintaining high customer satisfaction across military facilities.

The position requires prior custodial experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to transport crew members to assigned sites. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Six months of custodial experience preferred.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the work and time schedules of custodians.
• Transport crew members, supplies, and equipment.
• Perform cleaning and disinfecting of restrooms and facilities as described by contract.
• Ensure safety procedures and OSHA compliance are followed.
