Job summary

Chimes is seeking a custodial supervisor to lead daily cleaning operations across multiple facilities in Fayetteville, NC. You will manage the team, schedule tasks, and ensure compliance with contract specifications and safety policies.

Responsibilities include guiding crew members, transporting staff per DOT regulations, and mentoring new hires to maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid CPR/FR certification preferred.
• Six months of custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage custodial teams per contract specifications.
• Transport team to required areas per DOT rules.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance on site.
• Perform daily cleaning and report issues to supervisor.
• Train and mentor newly hired custodians.
