Job summary

Chimes is seeking a Lead Worker at Fort Bragg, NC to support custodial services across military facilities. You will lead a crew, manage schedules, and ensure contract standards are met, while transporting team members as required.

The position requires guiding daily tasks, training staff, and maintaining safety/compliance with OSHA and related policies. A valid driver’s license and CPR/First Aid training are preferred; custodial experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Six months of custodial experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Driver's license required if driving a 15-passenger van or site mobile needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and oversee the work and time schedules of other employees.
• Perform daily cleaning functions and guide day-to-day activities.
• Transport team members, supplies, and equipment to assigned buildings.
• Train and mentor new custodians and report on quality and quantity of work.
• Ensure safety, OSHA, and security policies are followed at military facilities.
