YourPlace LLC in Detroit Lakes, MN is seeking a dependable Lead Custodian to clean a school facility and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and on time. This on-site role runs Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m.

to midnight, with a 30-minute unpaid meal break and 40 paid hours per week. The Lead Custodian will supervise cleaners, follow the site’s cleaning checklist, inspect work, and report issues to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial, school, or custodial cleaning experience preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the Detroit Lakes worksite.
• Ability to perform essential cleaning duties, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Willingness to complete required employment screening and site clearance.

Responsabilités

• Clean and disinfect classrooms, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, empty trash, and replenish supplies.
• Follow the site’s cleaning checklist and inspect completed work.
• Help coordinate assigned cleaners and communicate unfinished tasks.
• Report attendance issues, supply needs, damage, and safety concerns to the Regional Manager.
• Secure assigned keys and follow site access procedures.

YourPlace LLC is hiring a dependable, hands-on Lead Custodian to clean a school facility and help ensure assigned cleaning is completed thoroughly and on time.

Schedule and pay

• Monday-Friday, 3:30 p.m.-midnight.
• 30-minute unpaid, duty-free meal break.
• 40 paid hours per week.
• 19-$21 per hour, paid every two weeks.
• On-site position.
