Qualifications

• Previous commercial cleaning or custodial experience is welcomed, but not required. We provide comprehensive, hands-on training covering procedures, safety, and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Disinfection & Sanitation: Clean, sanitize, and polish restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, offices, and high-touch surfaces with approved solutions.
• Floor Care & Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors across client facilities to maintain visual and sanitary standards.
• Waste & Trash Management: Collect and dispose of trash, replace bin liners daily.
• Inventory & Supply Management: Keep custodial closets neat and stocked; refill dispensers and hand sanitizers.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Follow chemical usage guidelines and site protocols; communicate with the area manager.

Schedule: Monday through Friday (Evening Shift, starting around 6:00 PM)

Core Responsibilities

• Disinfection & Sanitation: Clean, sanitize, and polish restrooms, break rooms, kitchenettes, office areas, and high-touch surface areas using industry-grade, corporate-approved cleaning solutions.
• Floor Care & Maintenance: Perform routine floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming carpeted and hard-surface floors across client facilities to maintain top-tier visual and sanitary standards.
• Waste & Trash Management: Collect and safely dispose of trash, waste, and recyclable materials from offices, common areas, and designated collection points, replacing bin liners daily.
• Inventory & Supply Management: Keep custodial supply closets neat, organized, and adequately stocked. Regularly inspect and refill soap dispensers, paper towel holders, and hand sanitizer stations.
• Quality & Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to established chemical usage guidelines, safety procedures, and client site protocols while maintaining open communication with your area manager.
