Qualifications

• Boilers license required to apply.
• 1 year of custodial experience or equivalent.
• Ability to supervise and communicate effectively with staff and administration.

Responsibilities

• Act as working supervisor of custodial operations.

• Maintain building security and respond to emergencies and maintenance requests.
