Verde Clean in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Lead Custodian to keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for employees and visitors. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, restock supplies, and monitor conditions while upholding our safety standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and reliability, with opportunities to contribute to a positive company culture and internal growth. Schedule is Monday–Friday with daytime hours; pay is $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year custodial or janitorial experience preferred.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and safety procedures.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

• Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting floors, surfaces, and restrooms.
• Restock restroom and facility supplies, including paper products, soap, and sanitizing materials.
• Monitor facility conditions and report safety hazards or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Support team members and maintain professional interactions with staff, visitors, and clients.
• Assist with maintaining overall cleanliness and appearance standards throughout the facility.

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
