Job summary

Verde Clean is seeking a Lead Custodian to ensure our facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for employees, visitors, and guests. You will perform daily cleaning duties and lead a small team to maintain high standards and respond to safety concerns promptly.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–4:30 PM) with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour, and opportunities for growth within a company committed to safety, sustainability, and community impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year custodial or janitorial experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and safety procedures.
• Reliable, detail-oriented and able to work in a team.

• Restock restroom and facility supplies including paper products, soap, and sanitizing materials.

• Assist with maintaining overall cleanliness and appearance standards throughout the facility.
