Job summary

HES Facilities Management in Beloit, WI is seeking a Trainer/Custodial Supervisor to lead cleaning teams, deliver staff training, and uphold high custodial standards across our program. You will supervise daily operations and perform inspections to ensure quality.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing schedules, maintaining supplies, and ensuring safety and compliance with company policies using Google Workspace. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; supervisory/training experience preferred.
• Proficient in Google Workspace; ability to train staff on cleaning procedures and safety.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Train new and existing employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, safety practices, and company standards.
• Supervise custodial staff and assign daily work responsibilities.
• Conduct inspections to ensure cleaning and service standards are met.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
• Assist with schedule coverage during absences and staffing shortages.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Utilize Google Workspace for communication, scheduling, reporting and recordkeeping.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and customer expectations.
