HES Facilities Management is seeking a Custodial Supervisor to lead custodial staff, coordinate daily operations, and ensure safety and quality across facilities in Illinois. The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a focus on safety training and proper PPE usage.

The successful candidate will plan major cleaning projects, manage supplies and equipment, and work with management to uphold service standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Custodial knowledge and supervisory experience required.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to use basic software/tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise custodial staff and daily cleaning operations.
• Coordinate schedules, tasks, and projects with the manager and staff.
• Train employees on safety and PPE and conduct safety discussions.
• Plan and oversee major cleaning operations and building projects.
• Inspect areas for quality, safety, and supply needs; report concerns.
