• Trains employees in proper cleaning procedures and acts as mentor to new custodians.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and building security procedures.
• Maintains attendance records and timesheets for staff, and prepares reports as required.
• Responds to project manager inquiries and completes special cleaning requests.
• Supervises schedules, conducts evaluations, and provides feedback to staff.
