Job summary

Chimes DC is seeking a dedicated custodial supervisor to manage on-site cleaning operations for a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00am to 4:00pm, including a one-hour lunch. The position offers a pay rate of $25.22 USD per hour and requires leadership over cleaning staff, adherence to contract specifications, and safety protocols.

Key duties include training and mentoring custodians, scheduling tasks, maintaining time records, ensuring quality control, and communicating with the project manager.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience in directing cleaning operations.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning staff and lead on-site operations.
• Ensure contract specifications and safety policies are followed.
• Maintain daily time and attendance records and report to Project Manager.
