Job summary

Chimes International LTD is seeking a Custodian Supervisor for the Library of Congress site in Washington, DC. The role requires supervising staff, ensuring safety and adherence to contract specifications, and maintaining high cleaning standards.

As essential personnel, you will manage schedules, review inspections, provide training, and coordinate with government facility staff to deliver quality services while upholding all regulatory and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CPR/FA certification preferred.
• Knowledge of green cleaning principles and CIMS certification requirements.
• Knowledge of regulations for SDS, Fire and Safety, Hazard Communications and Bloodborne Pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Assists in administering all aspects of the custodian contract at assigned site.
• Maintains positive relationships with government facility staff.
• Oversees day-to-day operation of assigned contract and staff.
• Reviews and responds to inspection/deduction reports and risks.
• Ensures a high level of quality in performance of all work and safety procedures.
