The Davenport Grand Hotel, managed by Davidson Hospitality Group, is seeking a dedicated Culinary Supervisor in Spokane, WA. You will lead the kitchen team, ensure top-quality meals, manage inventory and food costs, and contribute to menu development in a dynamic setting.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in food and beverage, some supervisory experience, and strong English communication. A passion for quality service and leadership is essential for success at our premier property.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
• 6 months to 1 year in a supervisory position.
• Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Manage kitchen food service and oversee culinary staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Coordinate activities of culinary staff; ensure meals meet high quality standards; manage inventory and food costs.
• Develop and implement new menu items; train and mentor culinary staff.
