Job summary

Langham Hospitality Group's Travelle Restaurant in Chicago seeks an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to train, supervise and lead culinary staff in preparing high‑quality dishes according to hotel standards. Qualifications

• Four to five years high volume, hotel supervisory experience
• Hands-on line cooking experience
• Ability to adapt to changing production levels
• Strong leadership and team motivation

Responsibilities

• Assign and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation.
• Monitor food cost controls and inventory for budgets.
• Schedule staff coverage while managing payroll costs.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and proper food storage.
