Job Summary

Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Levy at GEODIS Park is seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Culinary Supervisor to lead and execute food production in our high-volume VIP club spaces. This role requires an experienced culinary professional who can uphold premium service standards in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution driven, and thrives in a seasonal high-energy stadium setting while maintaining cost control and minimizing risk.

+ Executive and oversee prep and service for assigned station(s) in a high end club setting.

+ Maintain consistent, high-quality standards for all food produced and served.

+ Lead and direct support staff during service to ensure timely, organized, and efficient execution.

+ Follow all standardized recipes, portion controls, and plating/presentation guidelines.

+ Maintain clean and organized workstations aligned with food safety and sanitation protocols.

+ Coordinate with the Executive Chef to adjust prep based on event forecasts and business demands.

+ Assists with inventory, waste tracking, and product rotation.

+ Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.

+ Support setup and breakdown of hot and cold stations, buffets, and live-action setups.

+ Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.

+ Uphold Levy and GEODIS Park brand standards at all times.

+ Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ 4+ years of culinary experience in high-volume or upscale environments.

+ Proven ability to lead a station or small team with minimal supervision.

+ Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen efficiency.

+ Previous experience in stadiums, luxury events, or club-level hospitality preferred.

+ Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt under pressure.

+ Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences with a service-first mindset.

+ Understanding of food cost controls, portioning, and risk management procedures.

+ Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

+ Availability to work nights, weekends, and game/event days as scheduled.
