Job summary

Adept Nursing and Rehab of Gretna is seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to lead our Culinary Service Department and dining room. You will ensure meals are high quality and served with excellent service while managing dietary budgets and compliance with resident diets.

This role supervises dietary staff, schedules shifts, and partners with nursing to support resident well-being. A love for cooking and caring for seniors helps create a warm, healthy home for residents to enjoy their golden years.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Dietary Manager Certification required.
• Three years of experience in food service preparation and managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Directs all activities of the Culinary Service Department and dining room.
• Responsible for the quality of meals served, quality of service delivery during meal service, control of Dietary Department expenses, and compliance with special diets; schedules and manages dietary staff.
