The Healthcare Chef de Cuisine role leads culinary operations, ensuring quality and safety while collaborating with the Executive Chef to design menus and supervise kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Hospital, Senior Living, or K-12 environments required.
• Previous culinary supervisory experience required.
• Previous banquet and/or catering experience preferred.
• Must comply with dress code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary in the absence of the Executive Chef.
• Ensure sanitation and safety practices at all times.
• Coordinate with related food & beverage departments.
• Assist in creating new menus and oversee development.
• Supervise and coach kitchen staff, providing training.
