Ohio Living is seeking a Service Manager for the Culinary and Nutritional Services Department in our life plan community. You will oversee operations, ensure quality meals, manage inventory, and coordinate with nursing, maintenance, and housekeeping to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring adherence to budgets, policies, and regulatory guidelines while providing outstanding resident service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in culinary, hospitality, nutritional services, or related field preferred.
• CDM/CFPP certification preferred.
• ServSafe certification required or willing to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsabilités

• Organizes and directs the Culinary and Nutritional Services Department activities.
• Ensures timely meal service and availability in service areas.
• Supervises and assists in preparation of meals per planned menus.
