Qualifications

• Experience in food cost and operational control preferred.
• Proficiency with POS and diet management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve all products and meals per planned menus and recipes.
• Ensure timely meal service meeting quality and sanitation standards.
• Maintain stock levels at line stations and manage portions.
• Assist in inventory, purchasing, and training of kitchen staff.
• Support catering needs and special events.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and equipment.
• Follow opening and closing checklists and daily prep lists.
