Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1-2 years’ experience as a culinary instructor.
• 3-4 years of progressively responsible kitchen management experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and motivating high performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing culinary teams to inspire customers throughout the culinary experience.
• Conduct engaging cooking classes and oversee the in-store culinary program.
• Recruit, mentor and retain a high-performing team; provide feedback and development plans.
• Drive sales growth by implementing strategies for culinary and retail performance.
• Ensure food safety, inventory control, and compliance across store operations.
