Job summary

RadNet is seeking a CT Technologist to perform high quality radiologic and CT exams, monitor patient well-being, and administer contrast as needed. You will guide patients through procedures with clear explanations and respond to physician questions to support optimal outcomes.

Requirements include state licensure, ARRT (R) and/or ARRT (CT), BLS certification, and at least one year of diagnostic imaging experience. This role offers on-site work in a fast-paced radiology environment.

Qualifications

• State regulations may necessitate the following certifications: state licensure, ARRT (R), and/or ARRT (CT)
• BLS certification
• At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform high quality radiologic, CT exams on incoming patients.
• Monitor patient's well-being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.
• Administer contrast as needed, in a safe and effective manner.
• Guide patients through this sometimes-difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering questions regarding exam procedures.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
