Job summary

Health Here in Williamson, GA is seeking a CT Technologist to perform advanced diagnostic imaging, set up equipment, position patients, and follow CT protocols including TAVR and Cardiac CT.

You will ensure patient safety, accuracy, and image quality, mentor colleagues in the absence of leadership, and uphold radiation safety and infection control.

Minimum 2 years of clinical CT experience and ARRT CT certification required; BLS and strong teamwork a must.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT Radiography (ARRT-R), Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT), and BLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, with at least 1 year in CT.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to operate advanced CT protocols, perform quality control, and work independently under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, pathology, and radiation safety.

Responsibilities

• Verify clinician orders, obtain patient history, and administer contrast media safely.
• Ensure accurate patient identification, proper labeling, and review images for diagnostic quality.
• Respond to emergencies, monitor patient condition, and maintain patient privacy and comfort.
• Perform advanced CT protocols and manage image processing and transfer.
• Maintain equipment, ensure radiation safety, and uphold infection control standards.
• Support departmental operations, including supply management, patient transport, and clerical duties.
• Contribute to quality control, regulatory compliance, and staff training initiatives.

They set up equipment, position patients, and execute protocols such as TAVR, Cardiac CTA, and Gated Chest, while mentoring colleagues and overseeing departmental functions in the absence of leadership.
