Job summary

Health Here is seeking a CT Technologist to perform advanced imaging procedures including TAVR, Cardiac CTA, and lung/heart screenings while ensuring patient safety and diagnostic quality.

The role involves setup of equipment, patient positioning, and executing protocols with independence and departmental oversight in the absence of the Chief Tech.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT-Radiography, ARRT-CT, and BLS certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience with at least 1 year in CT.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, pathology, radiation safety, and quality control protocols.
• Ability to teach, mentor, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify orders, obtain clinical history, and assess contraindications.
• Administer contrast media safely, ensure accurate patient identification, and review images for quality.
• Respond to emergencies, monitor patient conditions, and maintain patient privacy and comfort.
• Perform advanced protocols, maintain equipment, and ensure radiation safety.
• Manage departmental workflow, supplies, and participate in process improvements.
• Train, mentor, and support fellow technologists; participate in hiring and competency assessments.
• Document procedures accurately, ensure regulatory compliance, and support departmental operations.
