Qualifications

• Ph.D. required in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years post-doctoral R&D experience in crop protection.
• Proven track record of leading research projects and delivering innovations.
• Expertise in entomology, plant pathology or weed science.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage research projects on crop protection products (herbicides, insecticides, fungicides).
• Design, conduct, and interpret laboratory and field trials for efficacy and safety.
• Analyze large datasets with statistical software and summarize findings.
• Develop and refine experimental protocols and methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and publish findings.
