Qualifications

This role combines hands-on clinical care with leadership responsibilities, partnering closely with physician and operational leaders to support team performance, engagement, and patient outcomes.

SCHEDULE

• Rotating schedule with flexible shift options: 9-, 11-, or 13-hour shifts (or combination)
• Dedicated leadership time (~10% of role)

Qualifications

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), NBCRNA-certified
• Active RN/APRN licensure (state-specific)
• DEA registration (prior to hire)
• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Active ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by clinical site/practice and/or role prior to or within 6 months of hire
• Strong clinical skills, leadership ability, and communication skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively.
