This role combines hands‑on clinical care with leadership responsibilities, partnering closely with physician and operational leaders to support team performance, engagement, and patient outcomes.
Rotating schedule with flexible shift options: 9-, 11-, or 13-hour shifts (or combination)
Dedicated leadership time (~10% of role)
Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA), NBCRNA-certified
Active RN/APRN licensure (state-specific)
DEA registration (prior to hire)
Master’s Degree in Nursing
Active ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by clinical site/practice and/or role prior to or within 6 months of hire
Strong clinical skills, leadership ability, and communication skills
