Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum four years of maintenance/equipment experience.
• Experience supervising or leading a crew preferred.
• Texas Class A CDL required; CDL B considered with path to A in TX.
• Ability to work in inclement weather and adapt to outdoor conditions.
• Strong safety and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, prepares, and issues daily work assignments; ensures procedures are followed.
• Coordinates crews, equipment, and materials; provides on-site safety training.
• Maintains records of expenses, work orders, schedules, and attendance.
• Drives City trucks to transport workers, materials, and equipment to and from jobsite.
• Handles citizen complaints and promotes excellent customer service.
• Supports City in emergency situations and storm response; on-call as needed.
