Job summary

City of Dallas is seeking a Crew Leader - Sanitation to organize and direct sanitation crews and support forestry and park maintenance operations within the department. You will coordinate tasks, supervise staff, and ensure safe, efficient work on street repairs and related projects.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license with a clean record, and at least three years in heavy equipment operation with some supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of experience in heavy equipment operation.
• Some supervisory/leadwork experience.
• One (1) year of supervisory or lead experience is preferred.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EXPERIENCE

• Three (3) years of experience in heavy equipment operation (e.g., excavator, track/wheeled loader, bulldozer, motor grader, rotoboom).
• Some supervisory/leadwork experience.
• One (1) year of supervisory or lead experience is preferred.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Valid driver's license with good driving record.

EDUCATION

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Salary Range $25.87 - $30.04
