The City of Dallas is hiring a Crew Leader - Sanitation who will supervise and coordinate sanitation crews, oversee forestry and park maintenance operations, and support street repair projects. You will also assist with operation and maintenance of lake spillway gates and ensure safety and efficiency.

Minimum qualifications include 3 years of heavy equipment operation experience, at least 1 year in supervision, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma or GED.

• One (1) year of supervisory or lead experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EXPERIENCE

Three (3) years of experience in heavy equipment operation (e.g., excavator, track/wheeled loader, bulldozer, motor grader, rotoboom). Some supervisory/leadwork experience.

One (1) year of supervisory or lead experience is preferred.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

EDUCATION

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Salary Range

$25.87 - $30.04
