City of Dallas is seeking a Crew Leader - Sanitation to guide and coordinate multiple crews in sanitation operations, forestry and park maintenance, and street repair projects. You will oversee daily work, ensure safety, quality, and productivity, and support lake spillway gate operations as needed.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a strong background in heavy equipment operation, and at least three years of experience, with supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience: Three (3) years of heavy equipment operation; some supervisory/lead experience preferred.
• One (1) year of supervisory or lead experience is preferred.
• Licenses and Certifications: Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsabilités

• The Crew Leader - Sanitation leads, supports, coordinates, and directs crews in the department. Supervises forestry and park maintenance, street repair projects, and operation/maintenance of lake spillway gates.
