Job summary

Roca seeks a dedicated professional to supervise a work crew and deliver transitional employment programs for youth in the Baltimore area. You will implement CBT-based teaching, supervise on-site activities, and ensure contracts are fulfilled while maintaining accurate program records.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work with diverse high-risk youth, with travel and a valid driver's license often needed.

Qualifications

• BA preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum of three years of direct service work with high risk young people.
• Experience working with diverse, multicultural youth; sensitivity to needs.
• Experience in basic construction, painting, and building maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a work crew and ensure program compliance.
• Facilitate CBT-based sessions and teach work readiness to participants.
• Enter accurate case notes into ETO daily.
• Coordinate and supervise transitional employment projects and activities.
