You will partner with the Manager on Duty, attend crew meetings, and drive performance through coaching, workload balancing, and continuous improvement in scheduling processes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalency.
• 3 years job related experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the coverage of open sequences for each crew base according to JCBA contracts and FAR 121 limitations.
• Assists the Manager on Duty with daily operational requirements and reallocates open time to bases for expeditious coverage.
