You will guide junior colleagues, apply rigorous financial analysis, and responsibly leverage new technology while maintaining high standards of governance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven credit and financial analysis skills translating complex information into evidence-based conclusions.
• Strong understanding of financial services and capability to connect sector trends with credit risks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for rating materials and external engagement.
• Experience coaching or mentoring junior analysts and strengthening analytical quality.
• Strong judgement, accuracy, documentation, confidentiality, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead surveillance and analytical updates across an assigned portfolio with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Evaluate financial data, validate inputs, reconcile metrics, and document assumptions and model changes.
• Use approved generative AI and automation to enhance research while ensuring human oversight.
• Translate complex analysis into clear, decision-useful communications for committees and stakeholders.
• Coach junior analysts on credit fundamentals, modeling, and responsible tech use.
