You will leverage data, AI-enabled tools, and market insights to deliver forward-looking, decision-ready research for internal and external audiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in credit analysis, financial research, or analytical leadership in financial services.
• Ability to translate complex market developments into clear narratives for investors and regulators.
• Experience coaching analytical teams and building sector expertise.
• English and German fluency required for meetings, writing, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary analytical spokesperson for Continental European financial institutions, engaging regulators, investors, and media.
• Lead research on European banking trends; chair regional committees and set analytical priorities.
• Coach analysts, promote best practices, and foster cross-team collaboration.
