Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust in Clayton, MO is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to lead the credit analyst team for commercial, CRE, and consumer lending. You will mentor analysts, conduct in-depth financial analyses, and oversee loan review activities while collaborating with the Chief Credit Officer.

The role requires 5–7 years of credit analysis experience and a strong grasp of financial statements, tax returns, and collateral evaluation.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years prior credit analysis experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent).
• Expert MS Office skills and experience with credit software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and assess risks of commercial loan requests.
• Create concise analyses of risks and mitigations from borrower financials (income, cash flow, balance sheet, tax returns, collateral).
• Assess guarantors' financial condition and prepare sensitivity analyses.
• Conduct market and industry analyses and support policy development for credit operations.
• Mentor interns and junior analysts; support loan reviews as needed.
