Deckers Brands, home of HOKA, seeks a Senior Manager, Creative Operations to lead the operational engine behind our global creative marketing. Remote from US, the role partners with the Director of Global PM and Brand teams to shape capacity, workflows, and delivery across campaigns and channels.

You will directly manage the Creative PM sub-team, drive weekly cadence, and ensure consistent processes across regional and global workstreams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• 7+ years in creative operations, project management, or marketing operations in a consumer brand.
• Global brand experience and matrixed orgs are preferred.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into briefs and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and optimize the Creative PM operating model and capacity planning.
• Directly manage the Creative PM sub-team and mentor staff.
• Define and refine workflows, intake processes, and resourcing models.
• Coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure consistency.
• Drive weekly/bi-weekly cadence meetings and clear decision-making.
• Oversee freelancer and agency partnerships and budgets.
• Deliver regular KPIs and insights to leadership.
