Job summary

Craneworks is seeking a Crane Operator to lead on-site operations across job sites, ensuring safety and adherence to procedures. You will supervise oilers, signal persons, and riggers, while performing pre-lift checks and maintaining equipment in top condition.

The role requires OSHA/ANSI knowledge, CDL/Class A, and NCCCO certification, with 2+ years in the field and a willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OSHA Regulations and ANSI Standards in crane operations.
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
• Pass drug test, background, and medical check.
• Daily and monthly equipment inspections.

Responsibilities

• Operate crane for heavy lifting and transport.
• Supervise Oilers, Assist Team Leader, and Signal Persons.
• Ensure personal and crew safety, and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain load limits and inspect lifting gear before use.
• Coordinate with rigger during lifting operations and communicate clearly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and supervise crane-related tasks.
• Capable of safely operating a man-lift and working outdoors.
