Thomson Reuters seeks a Senior CPQ Lead Solution Engineer to drive the engineering strategy for Conga CPQ, PROS pricing, and Digital Commerce integrated with Salesforce. You will mentor teams, establish best practices, and lead cross-functional projects to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical leadership designing, developing, and integrating Conga/PROS with Salesforce
• Knowledge of Conga configuration management, pricing rulesets, and AI-assisted optimization with Salesforce
• Strong understanding of product modeling, pricing, quotation, contract lifecycle and data migration
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and integration tools (Dell Boomi, Apigee, Informatica)

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering strategy, planning, design, and implementation of Conga CPQ, Turbo Price, Digital Commerce, and PROS Pricing with Salesforce
• Provide technical leadership by establishing best practices, code reviews, and mentoring team members
• Lead technical research, prototyping, and solution evaluation, staying current with Salesforce and Conga updates
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and third parties to deliver scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure system stability and performance
• Foster continuous improvement, learning, and deployment of AI-enabled features
