Job summary

NetJets Services, Inc. is seeking a Software Engineer (Salesforce/Conga) in Columbus, OH to design, build, test, and support Salesforce and Conga configurations, CPQ, and CLM implementations that drive airline operations and customer experience.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of hands-on software development experience, Salesforce configuration with Apex, Conga Composer, and a track record in SDLC. Bachelor's in CS/CE required; certifications are a plus; join a team focused on innovation and

Qualifications

2–4 years of hands-on experience in modern software development environments.
Minimum 2 years Salesforce Configuration and Platform development experience.
Experience with Conga CPQ and CLM for Salesforce, including Apex coding.
Experience with Conga Composer for Salesforce, including templates and automations.
Salesforce Developer certifications preferred.
Experience with Sales Cloud; Service/Marketing/Community a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, maintain, and support Salesforce and Conga configuration elements per business requirements.
Define and configure CPQ and Conga CLM elements including products, pricing, catalog, and shopping cart.
Create Conga Composer templates and automation flows; provide documentation.
Engage in CI/CD activities for metadata and data migration across environments using Jenkins and related tools.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
