• Perform data entry and basic reconciliation with a high level of accuracy.
• Accurately handle and account for large volumes of currency and other cash assets.
• Identify and report discrepancies or procedural issues to management.
• Assist with training and mentoring new team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Overview

The Lead Count Team Technician oversees and participates in the secure collection and counting of drop boxes from the gaming floor, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls. This role provides leadership to the Count Team, supports accurate accounting of cash and assets, and serves as a key point of communication between departments involved in the drop and count process.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to focus.
