Golden Road Motor Inn DBA Atlantis Casino Resort Spa is seeking a Lead Count Team Technician to oversee and participate in the secure collection and counting of drop boxes from the gaming floor, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

The role provides leadership to the Count Team, supports accurate accounting of cash and assets, and serves as a key communications link between departments involved in the drop and count process, with responsibilities including

Responsibilities

Lead Count Team Technician

The Lead Count Team Technician oversees and participates in the secure collection and counting of drop boxes from the gaming floor, ensuring full compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal controls. This role provides leadership to the Count Team, supports accurate accounting of cash and assets, and serves as a key point of communication between departments involved in the drop and count process.

Responsibilities

Supervise and support Count Team members to ensure procedures and regulatory standards are strictly followed

Coordinate and communicate with other departments involved in the drop and count process

Operate and oversee the use of counting equipment and computer systems

Perform data entry and basic reconciliation with a high level of accuracy

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to stand, walk, use hands to handle objects, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear.
