Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an experienced Lead Counselor to support the Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Radnor, PA. This role combines direct clinical care with program leadership, mentoring the treatment team and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a behavioral health field, leadership experience, and strong DSM-5-TR and treatment planning skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant behavioral health field.
• Previous experience in Adult PHP, IOP, or similar setting preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral health treatment practices.
• Experience with clinical documentation and multidisciplinary treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and support to counselors within the Adult PHP program.
• Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and evaluate clients to determine the level of care.
• Develop DSM-5-TR diagnoses and collaborate to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and clinical discussions.
• Maintain a reduced caseload while providing clinical support to promote continuity of care.
