Pyramid Healthcare is seeking an experienced Lead Counselor to support the Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Radnor, PA. This role combines direct clinical care with program leadership, mentoring the treatment team and ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care.

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a behavioral health field, leadership experience, and strong DSM-5-TR and treatment planning skills.

Qualifications

Master's degree in relevant behavioral health field.
Previous experience in Adult PHP, IOP, or similar setting preferred.
Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills.
Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral health treatment practices.
Experience with clinical documentation and multidisciplinary treatment planning.

Responsibilities

Serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and support to counselors within the Adult PHP program.
Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and evaluate clients to determine the level of care.
Develop DSM-5-TR diagnoses and collaborate to develop individualized treatment plans.
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case consultations, and clinical discussions.
Maintain a reduced caseload while providing clinical support to promote continuity of care.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time | Daytime Hours

High Focus Centers is a leading provider of outpatient mental health and substance use treatment throughout southeastern Pennsylvania. Through specialized programs, we provide compassionate, evidence-based care to adults and adolescents experiencing mental health and co-occurring disorders.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Counselor to support our Adult Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in Radnor. This position combines direct clinical care with program leadership responsibilities, serving as a clinical resource and mentor to the treatment team while helping ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a clinical resource, mentor, and support to counselors within the Adult PHP program.
Complete comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and evaluate clients to determine the appropriate level of care.
Develop DSM-5-TR diagnoses and collaborate with the treatment team to develop individualized treatment plans.
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy as clinically appropriate.
Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, case consultations, and clinical discussions.
Maintain a reduced caseload while providing clinical support to promote continuity of care and program coverage.
Assist the Program Director with day-to-day clinical operations, workflow, and program needs.
Review clinical documentation and support compliance with organizational, clinical, and regulatory standards.
Provide crisis intervention and help maintain a safe, supportive, and therapeutic treatment environment.
Support the development and implementation of program initiatives and evidence-based clinical practices.
Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts and overall program development.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
Previous experience working in an Adult PHP, IOP, or similar behavioral health setting preferred.
Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and clinical decision-making skills.
Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral health treatment practices.
Experience with clinical documentation and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.Ability to provide clinical guidance and support to a multidisciplinary team.
