Job Summary

The Lead Cosmetologist will be responsible for training and educating staff on spa services and protocols, ensuring standards are being adhered to and met.

Job Functions, Unique Duties, and Responsibilities

• Must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Must have received hairstylist/esthetics/nail/makeup training from an accredited/approved cosmetology school.
• Thorough understanding of the anatomy of the body, skin, and hair, and the effects of specific techniques used, to determine contraindications and recommend beneficial services.
• Must possess a cooperative and positive attitude, exercising reason.
• Must have excellent communication skills, providing clear and articulate communication.
• Ability to interact professionally and sensitively with guests and co-workers.
• Demonstrates a commitment to providing high-quality hair, nail, and skincare therapy.
• Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to create, update, and edit training manuals, protocols, and tests.
