We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude, good people skills, and great communication. You must have a dedicated work ethic, be punctual, able to multitask, and have dental experience. We seek someone who takes initiative and is open and adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Educate, consult, and present patient treatment plans.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.
• Enter information on dental software in patient accounts.
• Ensure and review entire patient account for complete and accurate information.
• Collect all monies due for services rendered.
• Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth.
• Greet and check patients in and out before and after treatment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of two years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
