Elior North America is seeking an experienced cook supervisor for the Summit brand at Washington County Jail in West Bend, WI. You will coordinate and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high quality meals in a fast-paced corrections setting, ensuring timely service and adherence to sanitation standards.

The role requires at least one year of high-volume kitchen experience, scratch cooking, and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• One year of high-volume culinary experience with scratch cooking emphasis.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Ability to supervise a team and provide clear direction.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Customer-focused service and friendly interaction with staff and inmates.
