Job summary

• Develops, implements and monitors treatment programs.
• Plans, develops, and conducts seminars, workshops, and training for inmates/residents and staff.
• Supervises staff including recruiting, hiring, training and performance evaluations.
• Provides clinical supervision and coordinates admissions, treatment, evaluation and release information.
• Observes inmates during program activities, provides consultation and assists in grievance resolutions.
